WHEN WILL YOU SHIP IT?

We hate waiting, don't you? All U.S. orders will ship within 1 business day. And delivery only takes 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 12AM PST M-F will ship the next day with USPS. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday, excluding holidays.

WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For our U.S. customers your item will arrive within 2-3 business days! For all our international customers, it will vary. It may take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days.

DOMESTIC (U.S.A.) SHIPPING:

IF I ORDER WITH OVERNIGHT ON FRIDAY WILL I GET IT ON SATURDAY?

Sorry, we do not overnight or do express delivery because sometimes the packages still do not make it in time. 

WHAT IF I AM IN ALASKA, HAWAII, MILITARY OR HAVE A PO BOX?

Alaska, Hawaii, Military, and PO BOX orders are shipped with no problem.

TRACKING:

Once we pack up your order, we email your confirmation with your tracking number (check your spam if you don’t see it!)

Hold tight – you won’t see any tracking updates until the package is picked up.

We put your package on a pallet waiting to get picked up by our trusty friends over at USPS.

Click the tracking number or the “TRACK MY PACKAGE” button and you can see the tracking updates.

You can also log into your Account and track it there.

ORDERING:

Payment methods we accept: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and any bankcard with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

All prices are shown in USD. Your bank will likely convert your purchase to your currency. You can go to www.xe.com for exchange rates. Exchange rates can change each day. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

International orders must ship to the billing address registered to the credit card.

Please make sure all your information is entered correctly on your order because we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING:

Our current sole carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery by USPS: Your order will be delivered to your country’s Customs office by USPS. Your Customs office will process the package and then it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. This option has very limited tracking and delays can occur during shipping, Customs processing and during final delivery.

If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable

CUSTOMS AND DUTY:

Your country’s Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes. We are not responsible for any custom charges.

TRACKING:

You will receive a confirmation email once your shoes are boxed up and ready to ship. It will include your tracking number and you can track your package from that email. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it is traveling to.

USPS: Very limited tracking. Your order will be delivered to your country’s Customs office by USPS. You will see one tracking update once we ship the package, then possibly none while it travels to your country. Your Customs office will then process the package and this could take a couple days or a couple weeks or more, depending on how fast your Customs office is. Once cleared, it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. Delays can occur for various reasons during shipping or while in Customs and we will not know why. Check your local postal carrier’s website to see if there are any further details about your package once it clears Customs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Returning is no problem!

Any product you wish to return must be sent with a shipping box to protect the shoe box/ merchandise including its original packaging and the shoes/ item must be in unworn condition. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.

Just box your item back up, take them to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. Feet First does not provide return shipping labels on international orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the cost of the shoes once they arrive here and email a Refund Confirmation to you once that is done. You will see the refund back on your card within 3 – 5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.

Check with your Customs office to see if they would refund any Customs taxes on a return. First Clothing does not refund Customs taxes or fees.

SECURE AND SAFE ORDERING:

Feet First takes precautions to protect your credit card information. Our website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software on pages where customers enter personal information such as their name, address, and credit card information. While on a page using SSL, you may notice a lock or key icon on the bottom status bar of your browser window. This icon indicates that SSL encryption is active.

U.S. RETURNS:

FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. Orders:

Or please email or Facebook message us so we can send you a pre-paid returns label. Print label. And then drop them off at your local post office.

All shoes must be returned in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase.

Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at customer’s expense.

FINAL SALE items do not qualify for return or exchanges.

International Returns:

Fill out your Return Form (the bottom portion of the shipping invoice that came with your order.)

Place the item and all of it's original content inside the shipping box (must be returned inside a shipping box to protect the shoe box).

Take them to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping back to us. First Clothing does not provide return shipping labels on international orders and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

I want to exchange them!

No Problem. Simply place a new order then return the original order to us for refund. Or you can write on your Return Form what you would like to exchange them for and if they are still available when your return arrives, we will send it out to you. Make sure you let us know your 2nd choice or if you just want a refund if your first choice is sold out.
